Happy tears and high fives

I start this the new entry with saying I am a bit bittersweet sad today and it has been too long since I did a post. Far too long indeed.
2 long term clients are moving on in the course of business.  I have had both almost 10 years.  They have become friends and people I admire and enjoy serving.  They both are growing in their lives and are needing to reestablish themselves to grow and expand.

One client is making his managed property an office and home for his foreman. I give them a high five for that!!!  way to go!!! They will be missed even so

Another is going into business with a management company for development, so hence moving his portfolio with him.  I again say lift em up.. high five.  I am proud and happy for them both in the success of their lives.
We at here at AAA Realty did have large part in that success.

We made the properties profitable and seamless, so these people and friends could concentrate on the matters at hand... their family and businesses.

Having now said this and spent time being a bit sad at this loss of super clients and residents.  I will move on with a goal to make up these houses this year.

I have never advertised other than referrals as that was and is such a success we are proud of... though today I am making the decision to see what is out there.  It is going to be an adventure.  What to go along?  Watch the blog and website to see what happens in a few short weeks.  I will post events, deadlines and my adventures weekly here.I will try for Wednesdays of each week to post, for sure by Friday.  Come on lets go and see how to grow this company of ours.  The adventure begins with an email, an entry and family pride.  You just might hear and get a glimpse into our home adventures too.  They do tend to intermingle at times. My sister, husband and daughter do all work in and on the company with me. It's a family company after all.

Happy tears and high fives feeling comes from when someone achieve and also do a big thing in life. Tears are the sign of when we watch movies and achieve goal is that we want to make history.

Happy tears and high fives! Nothing beats the happiness of seeing the people around you grow in their own field. Rather than pulling someone down, we must practice on lending them a helping hand in order to reach the top. I am happy for their success. But of course, we cannot help but feel sad when we have to let go of the people that have been part of our life. At the end of the day, we must always choose to support them in the path they choose the cross.
