Apartments are no different than other forms of business.  You must attract potential customers to be successful.  The best way to do this is to have a Unique Marketing Position(UMP).  A marketing message that sets you apart from your competition.  Don't let your community be another "Me Too" complex.  By separating your community from your competition you can reap the rewards.
